How long until a Domain Alias is set up?

Howdy,

I am merging two orgs into one Marketo(Separate partitions/workspaces) and set up a CNAME change with IT to switch their existing subdomain to be a Marketo alias.  It was the subdomain for their Eloqua set up before.  Does anyone have general thought on how long it takes for the alias to start working?  I set it up properly on the Marketo admin side.  It has been 7 hours now and I didn't know if it was 24-48 etc.  Thanks,

Hey Jason,

It's largely dependent on the Time-to-Live period given by your DNS provider for DNS changes, but a good rule of thumb is 24-48 hours for full propagation to complete.
