Engagement Program with nested Event Programs

I have an engagement program that references a few event programs (send invite + wait + send last chance). I've noticed that when I reference events, the engagement score is not present in my parent program. The first cast was 2 weeks ago and the webinar has members with success. Any thoughts on why I'm not seeing the engagement score?

Hi Adam, I am running into this same issue.

With default programs, I was able to get engagement scores to show up after I added smart campaigns to make the following program status changes happen within the nested default programs, but I'm lost here since these program statuses obviously don't exist within event programs.

  • Email Blast -> Sent
  • Email Blast -> Clicked
  • Email Blast -> Unsubscribed
