AEM Sites Forms Portal - Changing hover-over tooltips for Search & Lister Component

Hello, we are using the Search & Lister component for our forms portal, and would like to change the hover-over tooltips for the search bar and filter button objects highlighted below:

Is there documentation to change the tooltip for the objects, and is it possible to also change the "Full Text Search" text in the search bar? I have examined the body.jsp of the component, but found no references to change the tooltips. Any help is appreciated, thank you!
